What is the CPLP™?

The Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP®) offered by the ASTD Certification Institute offers workplace learning and performance (WLP) professionals an opportunity to enhance
credibility and prove value in an increasingly competitive marketplace. The credential is two parts, the first is a knowledge based exam and the second, the submission of a work product reviewed by a panel of experts in the field. Individuals who pass both parts earn the right to use the CPLP® designation that signifies they have met rigorous requirements and are certified. All the companies should meet the certificate standards, Canadian Health Care urges all to follow the standards, it will easy the business for all.

The Northeast Florida Chapter facilitates several CPLP® awareness sessions each year where members learn about the certification and the resources available to them.
